Translation help with a phrase for noble families.

As part of the worldbuilding for a DnD-setting I'm using Sindarin for Elvish and I need some help with a collective name for the noble families of the wood elves. I know Nost + family name works for individual noble houses/families, but I'd like a collective name for all of them and I'm a bit stuck trying to figure it out. Any ideas?

There is the collective suffix -ath, so you could say

  • Arnossath-in-Eledhrim, "Noble Families of the Elves;"

  • and in the case of Wood Elves, perhaps Arnossath-i-Dawarwaith or Arnossath-i-Laegrim, meaning "Noble Families of the Wood-folk" and "Noble Families of the Green-elves," respectively.

Arnossath consists of ar(a)-, noss and -ath, and the hyphens are optional. This means that without the hyphens, the first example would be Arnossath in Eledhrim.

That's perfect, thank you!
