aima

pronoun. anything, whatever

A neologism coined by Röandil for “anything, whatever” as a combination of ᴺQ. ai(a)- “any” and Q. ma “thing”, the impersonal equivalent of aiquen “(if) anybody, whoever”. In his NQNT (NQNT) Helge Fauskanger used ᴺQ. aiqua “anything, whatever” inspired by ᴹQ. ilqa “everying” based on the 1930s sense of the root ᴹ√KWA “something”, but in Tolkien’s later writings √KWA usually means “complete, full”, so I think aima is preferable.
