I believe Nargan the ‘nn’ would then go ‘n’ in cann or you could do Berennor.
Shining Eyes (f.) -- I would say Silchennel, Silchenniel, Silchennien, or Silchenneth.
Lady of the Leaping Flames -- Lacheryn or Lacheruin; I would avoid using rodel, because we don't have clear attested examples of -chr-.
Flaming Flower (m.) -- Baraloth is fine. I can also suggest Lachaloth, Lothruin; if you want it specifically masculine (the aforementioned options are all unisex), then I can offer Lothrunnir / Lothrundir or Lothlachon.
Bold Fire (m.) -- I would suggest avoiding cand as an element meaning "bold"; it is based on Noldorin (=draft-Sindarin) cann from ᴹ√KAN "dare", however in the later conceptual period the root √KAN means "cry aloud", which doesn't fit the semantics of "bold" anymore. Instead I can offer Narveren (Narberen is incorrectly formed) or Norveren as a later name.
place-name meaning rushing river/flood -- How did Rimphír/Rimpŷl come about? I assume extrapolated from N. Rhimdad? Though I can't figure out the second element of Rimpŷl... Either way, neither of these is correctly formed I'm afraid. For one, vowels shouldn't be long in the final syllable. Using rib- + sîr we can get Riphir, assuming Salo's interpretation of Celepharn is correct (see linked entry) - though that would in turn leave us in the dark as to whether Riphir is [rip.hir] or [rif.fir]...
Sîr Asgar is of course somewhat attested already.
