Elvish name for a rain goddess

Hello, I’m trying to figure the best way to write Daughter of the waters of heaven.

Or is Telunen not correct?

Telunéniel would work if you are looking for a Sindarin name, although nen tends to refer to water in lakes and rivers, not in the sky. However, I recommend a second opinion.

Telunéniel seems a bit problematic. Personally I think Ros(s)iel (rain daughter) would be a better construction; however ros(s) typically appears at the end of names, so some secondary confirmation would be appreciated.
