A name for Erinti (later called Ilmarë) in the Qenya Lexicon and Poetic and Mythological Words of Eldarissa from the 1910s (QL/55; PME/56), a combination of lóte “flower” with the feminine suffix -sse. This name also appeared as Lotisse (QL/36) and Lotel (PE14/15).
