Early Quenya

konta-

verb. to roll up, roll, pack

A verb appearing as ᴱQ. konta- in the Qenya Lexicon of the 1910s glossed “roll up, roll, pack” under the early root ᴱ√KOMO whose other derivatives had to do with balls and round shapes (QL/47).

Neo-Quenya: The later root for “round” was √KOR, so I would adapt this verb as transitive ᴺQ. corta- “to roll (up), pack” for purposes of Neo-Quenya, originally “✱to make round”.
