The ‘spell’ that Arwen cries to stop the Ringwraiths from crossing the river. This phrase is from the movies and was not composed by Tolkien.

Translation:

Waters of the Misty Mountains,
listen to the great word,
flow waters of Loudwater,
against the Ringwraiths.

The phrase was composed by David Salo, and said by Liv Tyler as Arwen in the Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring from 2001.
