In truth the opposite is true, Sindarin is the one where you run into vocabulary issues.
For Quenya I would offer aranya ontale Ñoldorinwa or perhaps arontale Ñoldorinwa.
As for your Sindarin attempt, indeed is not correct. Aragolodh (which should probably be argolodh instead) means "royal Ñoldo", whereas you want "royal family tree". Additionally nothlir is not likely a Sindarin word at all, but rather a word in an Edainic language.
For Sindarin therefore I would offer, though somewhat hesitantly, gwanos arod Ñolodhren or gwanos arod Gelydh.
In both cases, I should mention, the translations I offered refer more to one's descent/lineage, rather than the diagramme thereof. But the Quenya ontale can, I believe, be applied to the diagramme just as easily; Sindarin gwanos I am not so sure about.
