The only Sindarin word for armour (armor) I can find is "*barf"
I really don't want to call this harness of armour:
barf Annarael.
I just don't!!!
Anyone have a better choice?
PS - to any site maintainers reading this, you have some words indexed to armor, others to armour. Any word indexed to one should be indexed to the other!
Barf in Sindarin is pronounced "barv," if that helps at all. If you are not happy with the appearance of the word, you could phrase it as i varf Annarael "the armor of Annarael" instead. If you'd still like a different word/phrase, perhaps raud beriad "metal of protection" could work? Or perhaps a compound of that: rodberiad (protective metal)?
