Best I can come up with is:
Habwen na-Mélima Gwen
Comments?
There is no word in Sindarin for “dress” or “robe,” so I'm just going to use hab hilith “flowing clothing” as a substitute for now (I’ll take some more time to think this over for a better translation). Maybe someone else has a better idea for a translation? More ideas would definitely be appreciated!
I'll offer (for the moment):
Hab hilith na gwend vilui
I went for habwen in attempt to distinguish it as a garment for women.
(I'm not convinced elves went around in robes all the time per the films.)
Given the intended meaning of clothing for women, I'd offer inuchab (S. female clothing). -wen is more commonly used for naming or describing women, so I would not recommend using it.
Thus, I offer:
Inuchab na gwend virui
