Translating a phrase (Quenya)

SapereAude1490 #2999

Me and my girlfriend are trying to translate the phrase:

I have loved the stars too dearly, to be fearful of the night.

So far we managed to patch together:

Ni melië i elení maimeldavë, rucë i lómello.

The logic being:

Ni - I, the subject of the sentence.

Melië - mel- to love + suffix ië as perfect (something happened in the past but still relevant to right now)

I elení - the stars (accusative)

Mai - prefix for too, excessively

Melda - dear - adjective

vë - suffix for adverb

Ruc - to fear + ë - suffix for infinitive - to fear

I lómë - night and llo - suffix of ablative (of the(i) night)

Is this correct?

Based on my very limited knowledge it seems good, but i think there's no gap between i and lome
