There's no reason for axe to change to axi- in a compound, so axendacil "neck-slayer"; though I would rather offer axehyando "neck-cleaver".
As for "dancing", here you need an active participle, whereas you used a gerund; this may be confusing because in English both the active participle and the gerund take the same form ("dancing" in this case), but they are distinct in Quenya.
So "Dancing Neck-cleaver" would be Liltaila Axehyando.
