Hi everyone! I'm looking for feedback on this Sindarin word for "write" I created: tiweth.
Breaking it down: "tiw" (noun for letters or writing) and "-eth" (suffix for a person, specifically female). A male scribe would be called tiwor.

Tîw is the plural of têw “letter”, and generally speaking when forming Sindarin names/compounds, plural forms are not used, even when plurals are intended. The general noun for “letters” or “writing” would be teithan.
Also, -eth has never been attested as an agental suffix, so I’d recommend the attested -(r)on, which is gender neutral. With this I offer the formation teithron from the verb teitha- “to write” paired with the aforementioned agental suffix.

But is "Gondoreth" o.k. for a female Gondorian? Or "Golodheth" for a female Noldo?
@Chociewitka yes, golodheth and Gondoreth could work (although I’m less sure about the latter one; more confirmation would be best), but those are not cases where -eth is agental. An agental suffix is one like “-er” in “farmer”, where the noun is made to be doing the verb within the noun.
