Sindarin translation for a surname/title?

Is there a translation for a name that means "storm tree", "lightning tree", or something similar? If not, then maybe "storm child"? It's supposed to be something like a foreigner's Elven name based on where they came from or maybe a title/surname.

• Agladorn (lightning tree)
