I don't intend to be mean or condescending, but the truth is, your translation is completely wrong. Yes, it is a direct translation of the English words, but there is not one bit of Sindarin grammar applied, and many of the translated words are outdated/incorrectly used. Before you begin translating anything, please actually learn the grammar of Sindarin.

Anyways here's what I offer:

A pernant, a law ninnant,
Gûred ro-vorn, i naedh ro-naegui.
Ed vi dhû, sui gond ring,
Pen-veleth, pen-vellon, pant erui.
