Help with name

Greeting friends,

I would like to ask you for help with some names particulary with name

Lukas - this name should means "from Lucanus (or Lucania)". I find it very difficult to translate name with geographic location furthemore if location is not in Middle-earth :D

Does somebody has an idea how to go around it?

annor is from anna- “to give” + -or “agental suffix” producing “giver”
