Tried to use the dictonary here to build a simple phrase;
Emma, all my love forever... Dan
What I came up with is "Emmanil, illi melmenya oiale... Dannil"
If someone could check for me and offer a ittle guidance I would be grateful.

Mae govannen Daniel. So the general consensus is for anything permanent to have the English transcribed with Tengwar. Due to what we offer may become incorrect or obsolete if new material arrises.
I can't speak on behalf of Quenya as I am only familiar with Sindarin. But I do not that adding -nil/il to the end of your names does not work. Most would take the meaning of the name and then find the corresponding word in the target language and adding usually a male suffix, or female suffix.
In Sindarin it could possibly be il i·veleth nín anuir. Now anuir is Neo-Sindarin and formed from an+uir "to/for + eternity".
Now the tricky part it appears Emma means "whole" or "universal" and it looks like Daniel means din (to judge) and el (God). Well, It would be blasphemous for Elves to use God in their names "Eru". So what do you do?
I have seen it suggested for "Daniel" as Herunavina “Lord-judged” in Quenya. So maybe Hirvadhor. Ok, we got that figured out, but what about Emma?
ᴺS. !ilu n. “universe, the whole, cosmos”? I don't know if that works. And it is a reconstructed word the Sindarin equivalent of Q. ilu and Q. ilúvë as terms for the entire universe.
Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to show you the reason why we usually suggest using your English phrase and transcribing it when Tengwar as it is the safest option. And Tolkien himself would often do that.
Please don't apologise for an informative response! That is the exact response I wanted... I guess then omitting the names is the sensible approach if I wish to keep trying to use quenya...

Your welcome, and without the names is a sensible approach but I would wait for those who are more knowledgeable in Quenya. I don't want to steer you wrong. LOL Not my forte as I stick to Sindarin. :)
