I basically just took the translations for 'red' and 'realm', In Sindarin. I'm just wondering does it work? Or would something else work better?
I'm wanting a word for "red-earth", Realm is more accurate to what I'm looking for though

Yes, Caranardh words, You could even use Carangardh I believe as well. I would not that "gardh" is region and "arthor" is realm. CE. S. pengolodh n. “teaching sage, doctor (of lore), teacher of lore” pen²+golodh
Caranarthor would be "Red Realm"
S. ceven n. “*earth; Earth” or S., N. amar n. “world, the Earth, (lit.) settlement, the great habitation” are other options.
Giving Caraneven/Carangeven and Caranamar.
