Translation of a song

orendil #3812

Hi everyone and thank you for your wonderful translation work on Tolkien's languages! I'm reaching out today to see if anyone would be able to (and have the time to) translate the song "Falling Free" by Eivør in Sindarin, or at least something close to it?

"Your eyes tell me stories

That I can't understand

I have seen the future

Written in your hand

Now I surrender

I am falling down

Hoping you will catch me

Before I hit the ground

You're all I see

For you, I'm falling free

I have walked the steepest mountains

Sailed the seven seas

I have been looking for you

In every part of me

You're my destiny

For you I'm falling free"

Thank you in advance!

I wasn't expecting such a quick response! Thank you so much for your work Rínor, you're amazing!

Your welcome! I had to make a correction though. I didn't use the future tense for "you will catch" gadathog. I have corrected that.

I just saw your correction! That's great! Thank you so much, once again! 🙏🏻
