Is there a way to say “hear no evil” in quenya. I’m new to this to so forgive me if this is a dumb question?😅

Áva hlare ulco. ("Do not hear evil.")

That’s rather a negative imperative “do not hear evil,” as you note — for “hear no evil,” I’d negate the noun: á hlarë lá ulco (“hear no evil”).
