Glassui Gwe. #1692

i wanted to do some cool frase in sindarin for D&D stuff and there was this frase from CODE VEIN i liked so i told myself why not use it and i transalted it ''Minîf o innen eriagurum!-in the face of certain death we rise!'' im sure that its not completely right hence im not really deep into sindarin i just have a physical copy of a dictionary and the A Gateway to Sindarin Book by David Salo and haven't really finished it yet and even if i did i think it wouldn't be enough to know how to do this since there are a lot of complex ideas that i do not yet fully understand so could you please check the sentence for me

Salo’s book is a good historical resource but has been outdated in many places by materials released after its publication. I wouldn’t suggest it as a primary learning resource today.

“In the face of” in the sense of “up against, confronting” is a bit of an English idiom that I don’t think we should translate word-for-word to Sindarin. My recommendation would be Dan gurth hinnen, eriof! (lit. “Against death known, we-rise!”).
