Mis-transcribing in Phrases?

It seems that in the phrases "Aerlinn in Edhil o Imladris" and "Sam's invocation of Elbereth at Cirith Ungol", Glǽmscribe had mis-transcribed short vowels as long vowels (in the Fëanorian letters). I have corrected the previous one and proposed a change to the latter phrase. Will there be more of these mis-transcriptions? How did this bug occur?

I found a similar mistake again in the Quenya translation of the Ring Verse, in which mí was mis-transcribed as mi.
