Hello, I am attempting to translate “Follow your bliss.” into Quenya. Is it “ Á hilya almiëlya.” ?
If anyone can help me correct this, I would be grateful. Many thanks in advance.

I am curious: is there a similar word for ‘bliss/rapture” in Sindarin? If so, could someone help me out with Sindarin translation?
Yes, the Quenya translation is correct. Both almie and almare are attested Quenya nouns meaning "bliss, blessedness, good fortune" so you can use either one.
Better yet Hantan(yë) lye/lyen (it could be either "I thank you[lye]" or "I give thanks to-you[lyen]", it is unclear). Because our current understanding of Quenya suggests that the only object suffixes were the 3rd p. ones. Like Hantanyes "I thank him/her/it".
