noun. daisy, (lit.) meadow-jewel *(or summer-jewel)

A neologism for “daisy” coined by Tamas Ferencz, a combination of [ᴱQ.] laire “meadow” and Q. mírë “jewel”. In Tolkien’s later writing, lairë became “summer”, but I think this neologism still works as “✱summer-jewel”.
