A verb in the Qenya Lexicon of the 1910s glossed “fall asleep, go dazed, swoon” and derived from the early root ᴱ√FANA having to do with dream and visions (QL/37). The verb reappeared without a gloss in Early Qenya Word-lists of the 1920s (PE16/143).
