Add shadow prompt to the Subject line in Translation requests

A veritable host of translation requests have a subject line of "needs translation". No kidding! Who would have thunk it? Most of the rest have equally illuminating subjects.

This makes it hard to find an entry at a glance.

I suggest adding a shadow prompt in the subject text block, something like "Translate (this phrase) into (this language).

This is an interesting suggestion! It'd for sure normalise the request formats. Let me think about what it might look like in practice - thanks for the suggestion!
