Tengwar for English phonemic mode

Could you help me where I can find information about how to write English with tengwar in a phonemic mode? Is there maybe a chart where the tengwar are linked to IPA symbols?

I'm doing phonetic transcriptions for school, and thought I could also write the words with tengwar for fun (and to help me memorise the properties of the sounds). But most examples are rather orthographic. The best I've found so far is Tecendil's phonemic transcriber, but it doesn't seem to use some of the diphtongs, like /eə/, /ɪə/ etc. So I still don't know how to write those with tengwar...
