Carnimírië vs Carnemírië

I've seen references to both.

Are both valid choices for Quenya, particularly Vanyarin Quenya?

Carnemírie appeared in the 1st edition of LotR, and Tolkien changed it to Carnimírie in the 2nd edition, so I do not think both are valid.

Based on what little we know of Vanyarin, I see no reason why it would differ on this point.
