Translative in Quenya

So I'm wondering about how to express translative relations in Quenya. I already looked on Eldamo for an answer but couldn't find anything concrete. I did find the word minna, which was given the meaning "into, in". So do I use that to convey translativeness kind of like in English or is there another way to do it?

And also, when talking about translating in Quenya, do I use a noun case for the language that's being translated into (like the dative?) or is there some preposition or some other thing that I can use?
