How to express concessive adverb in Quenya and Sindarin

Hi there, I've learned some Quenya and Sindarin, but it seems there is no proper phrase to express 'even if, even though', I'm wondering how to say something similar in those languages, thanks alot and wish all guys in forum a happy 2023

Indeed there is no attested word for this. In Quenya, I'd go about expressing even if by using qui "if", en "there, yonder, far away; look yon(der); that; in that (future) case", and yú "also": en qui yú "in the case if also".
