tengwar translation

I'm looking for how to write "Deadly Shadow" in tengwar, quenya, sindarin and in black speech.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hey there! Not sure about Sindarin and Black Speech, but for Quenya it might be qualmëahó where qualmëa is an adjective that means "deadly, deathly" and hó refers to a "spirit" shadow, something like Sauron's spirit which bears a shadowy form.

Other folks on this forum would be of more help with the other languages and transcription though.
