Quenya - Wife vs Betrothed

Hi!

I'm practicing translating a song into Quenya, and it features both the words "wife" and "betrothed".

I see there are three options for wife: Indis (also bride, and Great Woman), Veri and Vessë. What would be the most appropriate choice for a Neoquenya translation (unless selection is based on context)?

Now there is no translation for betrothed, but the root word "troth" is vérë (which is probably where Veri comes from).

As such would Véressë be an appropriate neologism for "Betrothed"?
