best elvish word for 'wisdom'

Hi everybody! I want to make a tattoo meaning 'wisdom' or 'knowledge'. I am thinking about Quenya word 'nólë' or Sindarin word gûl. I would like to know some opinions on that. Thank you!

gûl has “dark connotations” because of its association with words like morgul “sorcery, black arts”.

Q. nólë should be fine, though.
