This is mixed mutation an "for" + meleth "love" > an-m > am. You can read about it on Gelio Edhellen

Perhaps the community can help out to demystify this verb. I just haven't seen it before. What is your source?

This essentially translates all things, like the Universe of things. It's used for things like elenath "all the host of the stars of heaven." Even if this is indeed how it was used in the movies, I don't believe it's particularly appropriate given the context.

As far as I am aware, there really isn't a previously attested use of na- in this manner.
Elessar
This is actually Quenya, and there's a trick you can use to associate it with the right word! The textbox only gives you results in the language you're currently using, but you can instruct it to give you suggestions in other languages as well. Just suffix your search term (in this case, Elessar) with lang:quenya. The search term would be Elessar lang:quenya and you should find the right word! :)
The positioning of the English translations is also a little off - I'll look into what might've gone wrong here.
