I don’t think bad- is particularly well suited here it might have been replaced by pad-; in any case, I think ego is most appropriate here. The imperative of mib- would be mibo “kiss!”, the overlong vowel would only appear in the third person mîb ‘he/she/it kisses’ (compare how the imperative of ped- is pedo and the third person is pêd). Thus Ego! Mibo orch (or alternatively Mýtho orch with a different reconstruction for “to kiss”)

I'm personally on the fence about this particular phrase. It's a bit short, limited in syntax and the grammar employed. It's also unclear to me why mîbo orch is in parenthesis. I imagine Phrases to be an insightful place of beautiful poetry or text, creative use of Elvish grammar and syntax, and therefore also educational for the learner and the reader. For these reasons, I'm leaning against adding the phrase to the collection.
