"Tyrant" in Quenya

I am attempting to create a Quenya word for tyrant, similar to the Sindarin Bauglir. I have √MBAW + ndō > mbaw-ndō > maw-ndo > mau-ndo > mondo. Is this in any way correct?

I am not sure really new to Quenya but I don't think it would go from au >o. given √AW > auta [awta-] > [auta-] and ᴺQ. !nauna- [ñ-], g.E5# v. “to howl” so I think it would be maundo.

I am way more proficient with Sindarin vs. Quenya though, LOL, so please wait for others.

The Quenya agent noun I would derive from the consonant-final root MBAW would be mawindo .

Of course, even though the published gloss of the root includes "oppress", some might prefer a 'longer' derivation (starting from the CE adj. /mbaukâ/?) since the Noldorin/Sindarin bauglir is formed via additional elements, and the CE derivation /mbaurê/ simply means "a need".

I imagine one might also combine a pejorative Q. element (such as hrú- or ú- ) with a word that means "king", "lord" or "ruler".
