My question is about the Quenya word for star "elen" as word endings. I know of -nil as in Carnil, otherwise I've usually seen it in the beginning like Elemmírë and Elerossë. But is it possible to use it as -len from (e)len e.g. Artalen meaning Noble Star, or perhaps Ardalen meaning Star of Arda?
Can "elen" be used in word endings as -len?

I am not real versed in Quenya as I stick to Sindarin. But by luck of it this name was asked on Discord. And Röandil on there came up with these:
“Noble Star”: Arel(we), Artel(we), Arelen, Artelen, Artinwe
And Elaran came up with this: Artangil
But that is about all I can offer. Maybe another member can answer more.

Thank you for the answer!
I figured since Noldóran comes from "noldo" and "aran" with the o remaining instead of the a, then Artalen could be correct as well, but perhaps in this case it would be Artálen.
Artangil is intriguing, it sounds half Quenya half Sindarin to me (similar to Fëanor), though I imagine it actually comes from Primitive Elvish (ñ)gil.
Still, thanks for the effort!
