“Never Gonna Give You Up” in Quenya

Hey, so, I’m looking for a translation of the words “never gonna give you up” in Quenya (or Sindarin if Quenya isn’t doable). Preferably, I’d like the translation to be written in Tengwar (as my Tengwar skills are very rusty and I have no confidence in my ability to transcribe the translation into it). It’s for the purposes of an engagement ring and I would really appreciate help with this. Thanks in advance!
