Translation to Sindarin help

Thoronhen Tinnúviel #5196

Hey, I was trying to translate two words I combined to Sindarin: Moon warrior. (Preferably The Moo warrior, The Moonwarriors).

I thought of maybe combining the words: ithil & magor. (Moon & swordsman/warrior), but Ithilmagor doesn't really feel right.

Can someone help me?

Also, not long ago I made the name Elraindîn (Silent Star-Wanderer), and I was thinking of making a verse to go together with it (think of Aragorn's poem/prophecy). This would be the first few sentences:

Forest-eye

Under moonlit trees she walked

Dreams of silver skies

Yet never alone

Taur-hen

Na i geliadh Ithilgalen o-padad

Olthar na menel celebrin

Ach ú-ereb

Any thoughts?

Let's start with “Moon Warrior”. I would be Ithilvaethor and using magor would be Ithilvagor. If you wanted it as a non-compound and say “Warrior of the Moon” Methor Ithil.

Next Elraindîn (Silent Star-Wanderer) → Star-wanderer would be either Elrandir or Gilrandir. It would be hard to add Silent will be a bit trickier.

Dinelrandir or Dingilrandir Not the best in my opinion. If you were to truly form el+rain+dîn it would be Elreinnin.

I will tackle your poem here in the next post.

Torchen (Forest-eye)

Ebent nu i·ñgelaid v’ e·hilith (She walked under the trees in the moonlight)

Oltha o menel gelib (She dreams of silver heavens)

Eno de allu ereb (Still she is never alone)
