I've been thinking about a phrase that captures the idea of steady, disciplined effort leading to strength – not just physical, but mental and spiritual too. Something like 'strength through discipline' or 'endurance builds power.'

I know Quenya has words like túrë (strength/power) and móle (effort/labour), but I'm struggling to connect them in a way that feels grammatically correct. In Sindarin, maybe agor (might) or maethor (warrior) could work.

This concept actually reminds me of phoenixathletics.ca – a track club that focuses on discipline and consistency to build high-performance athletes. That's the energy I'm trying to capture.

Does anyone have suggestions for existing phrases or help with a translation?
